Description

Fired clay bust of Raphael Frederick Ehat, son of Elizabeth Madeline Ferrea Ehat and her husband, Frederick Miller Ehat. Born on 17 June 1915, Ralph was between six and eighteen months of age (more likely closer to the older age), as evidenced by the notation by Elizabeth, “E.F.E. 1916,” inscribed on the bottom surface of the bust and by the child’s appearance.
